How many DVRs does VIP support?

A: VIP supports most popular DVR brands in the market, and the list will be constantly updated. Sometimes VIP can still support DVR brands are not in our list, because each manufacturer has own proprietary DVR filesystem, and one filesystem can be found in multiple DVRs by multiple manufacturers. We encourage you give us feedback and suggestion, so we can continue update our support list.

Can I use VIP to recover the overwritten video files from DVR?

A: Generally, when video files are overwritten by DVR, they are very difficult to recover. How can I activate the software?
