WARRANTY POLICY

We offer “one year HMS(Hardware Maintenance Service) and three year SMS(Software Maintenance Service)” for our product, please follow the product instruction to operate, in case of product failure, do not attempt to disassemble the device. The warranty service is only available when our technical department confirm the product failure is caused product defectives.

WARRANTY APPLICATION PROCEDURES

  • Customer proposes a warranty application with requirements, causes and faults description

  • Support team inspects the faults and confirm the valid warranty conditions of the case

  • If the case matches the warranty policy and faults are caused by malfunctioned hardware, it should be negotiated in time to be returned to us. Then it should be replaced with a new one or repaired

  • If the case matches the warranty policy and faults are caused by software interruptions, it should be negotiated in time to be solved by remote assistance or new software packages

  • If the case does not match the warranty policy, it should be negotiated in time to be solved by the customer with our suggestion
