After you have requested for a trial, we will generate and send you a unique license key by Email. Please input the code to the activation window when you start a SalvationDATA software.

What kinds of activation methods do you offer for official purchase?
We offer both hardware dongle and software license options according to your needs. The software license can be used similar as a dongle, it can authorize one PC at a time to use the software, and can be moved and used on any other PCs by deactivating the code. The only difference is that the license code requires network connection to activate the software.
Can I use VIP to recover the overwritten video files from DVR?
Generally, when video files are overwritten by DVR, they are very difficult to recover. But sometimes some small fragmented data still remain, SalvationDATA has a US patented unique technology to recover and reassemble such fragmented video files, helps you extract as much as video evidence you need.
How many DVRs does VIP support?
VIP supports most popular DVR brands in the market, and the list will be constantly updated. Sometimes VIP can still support DVR brands are not in our list, because each manufacturer has own proprietary DVR filesystem, and one filesystem can be found in multiple DVRs by multiple manufacturers.
